Dear colleagues, especially those experienced in management of paediatric III ventricle tumour.
I need your second opinion regarding exact location of the tumour which was found in 14-years old female, c/o headache & gradual vision loss of her left eye. Her general condition was otherwise good.
CT-scans presented were done before & after KE.

The CT scan of the patient is not claer enough.I prefer to do MRI ,then go for surgery.
